Faicose.it is an experiential tourism platform I founded and developed to connect local artisans with travelers seeking authentic Italian experiences.

Acting as the sole Product Manager, I managed the entire lifecycle from concept to launch (0 to 1). The goal was to validate the market demand for "hands-on" creative workshops in Italy using a lean MVP approach.

Key achievements include:

• Product Discovery & Strategy: Conducted user research to identify pain points for both artisans (digital visibility) and tourists (access to authenticity).
• Execution & Growth: Successfully acquired 7 partner artisans and launched 19 active experiences, defining the go-to-market strategy.
• Technical Architecture: Built a scalable MVP using No-Code tools (Webflow for Frontend, Xano for Backend/Database) to reduce time-to-market.
• UX/UI Design: Designed a mobile-first booking experience focused on trust and conversion optimization.
